III. HOUSING CONFERENCE
The aim of this now well-established professional forum, held for the third time, is to bring together key stakeholders from the public, municipal, civil and private sectors who play a defining role in shaping housing and related fields.
Across Europe — including Hungary — the housing crisis is becoming increasingly pronounced. This has been further deepened by the turbulence of the real estate market in recent years, rising construction costs, changes in the financing environment, and growing social inequalities. Given the complexity of these challenges, it is now clear that housing issues can only be addressed through comprehensive, multi-stakeholder and long-term sustainable solutions.
The forum aims to create space for professional dialogue on these issues, with a particular focus on social and affordable housing solutions, their financing mechanisms, and the adaptation of both domestic and international models.
The event will provide participants with a comprehensive overview of current trends in the housing sector, policy directions, and financing instruments, while also offering valuable networking opportunities with existing and potential professional partners.
